pSek is a highly flexible web site hosting company with its own managed datacenter. Their high level of service and reliability was not reflected by their web site, which needed a full redesign to create confidence and attract new customers.
Through several phone interviews with the owner of the company I explored the nature of the business and its customer relationships, which led to the key concepts and messaging that drove the design process.
